You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
- The software does not work as described on the product page
- You have not downloaded or activated the license
- A technical issue our support team cannot resolve
Non-refundable Cases
- Change of mind after license activation
- More than 7 days after purchase date
- Violation of terms of service
